Compounded medication refers to a personalized approach to treatment, where multiple active ingredients are blended together in specific doses to target various aspects of hair loss. Unlike standard, one-size-fits-all solutions, our compounded medications are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Hair loss is a complex condition and this method allows us to combine the strengths of different ingredients to create a customized treatment that can yield the best possible results.
If you are on a web browser, you can access your Tangl account by clicking the user icon in the navigation menu. If you are on mobile, select "Account" from the main menu choices.
You can adjust your subscription by logging into your Tangl account and clicking "Manage my subscription."
You can renew your prescription after 12 months by logging into your Tangl account and placing a brand new order through the website. A new online medical visit is required after 12 months. Do not use expired medication under any circumstance.
While we can’t update payment information for a prescription that has already been processed and shipped, you can update your information for future shipments (or skip shipments) by logging in to your Tangl account, and clicking on "Manage Subscriptions."
You can chat with your doctor by logging in to your Tangl account, and clicking on "Chat with Doctor."
We're sorry to hear you want to cancel your Tangl subscription, but we understand it might not be the best fit for everyone. You can cancel your subscription by emailing info@trytangl.com
We provide free express shipping via USPS First Class. Billing and shipping is defaulted to every 28 days to ensure you receive your prescription on time, without delay. This frequency can be changed by emailing support@trytangl.com
Unfortunately we do not ship internationally, but if you would like to see Tangl in your country, please email us at support@trytangl.com.
If you are dissatisfied with your Tangl services for any reason, please contact us at info@trytangl.com. Each prescription is custom made for you fresh, and therefore cannot be returned once dispensed. All purchases are final because the medication cannot be used for another patient.
Depending on the circumstances, we may replace any products ordered or provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price at our sole discretion, such as in the case of damaged product upon shipment. Before we provide you a refund, replacement, or Credit, we may require that you return the product at your own expense and/or submit photographic documentation demonstrating the reasoning behind your dissatisfaction. All refunds will be made to the payment method used to purchase the order you are returning.
You are responsible for inspecting all products for any damage or other issues upon delivery. You must contact Tangl within 3 days of receipt of the product to enable us to research and replace any damaged product. Contact us at info@trytangl.com.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. All returns are limited to a refund of one month’s supply of the Product, regardless of how many months of supply you have received. Refunds are limited to the amount paid for that month’s product, less any fees incurred. You are responsible for shipping unused portions of the product in its original packaging back to Tangl, and further are responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the return.
Please contact us for a replacement if it has been 10 or more business days since your order shipped and it still has not arrived. Shipping carriers will sometimes mark or scan packages as delivered but not deliver them until a few days later.
You received your package, but an item was missing, defective, or damaged: You must report this within 30 days of the original ship date to receive a free replacement. If more than 30 days have passed after the original ship date, we reserve the right to deny any financial relief.

Research shows that even with prescription medication results may not show up until month 3-6 and sometimes month 12 with continued use. It is important for patients to adhere to their doctor’s instructions with consistent use with fresh medication each month. We wanted to make it easy and cost effective for patients to get their prescriptions without hassle to maximize results and customer satisfaction.
Tangl’s telemedicine service is available in most of the United States. However, every state has different legal requirements. The easiest way to see if we're available where you live is to start your medical consultation and enter your state. Right now we are available across all of the United States, except in D.C., Delaware, Mississippi, and Virginia.
